  11. I am looking forward to my Blizzard 1230-IV ordered a few days ago,
  12. but I have a question. It has often been posted that the 1230-IV is
  13. somewhat of a hot chilli. Moreover, everybody keeps saying that the
  14. A1200 is wimpy when it comes to powering multiple expansions. My
  15. questions are:

  17. Is the standard ventilation of the A1200 Magic HD (with 170 MB HD)
  18. good enough to support a Blizzard 1230-IV with FPU, 8 MB and SCSI?
  19.  
  20. Is an additional power supply needed, or is the standard equipment
  21. good enough for this (and an external 1,76 MB HD-drive)?
  22.  
  23. Please help. I would hate to have to modify my off-the-shelf A1200
  24. beyond necessity, but I have no intention of roasting it either.
